We loved our vist to the rainforest cafe for my daughters 4th birthday! Was an amazing experience for her, the food was nice to a little pricy for what the food is but worth it for the experience

Very poor - menu is uninteresting, overpriced and unoriginal - whole restaurant feels tired - no improvement in recent years. Service good but everything else bland - extremely disappointing.

Awful! Truly disappointed. Went on a cold day and was offered the coldest seat in the place by the stairs, when there was plenty of other empty seats. I asked to move, which took some negotiating and finding my own table. Do not have fish and chips! This is not value for money at almost £20.

Excellent service overall - Menu overpriced - Average food but then you are not going for the culinary experience! Nice touch with the singing when it is someone's birthday!
    A great visit.

Food/service very good. Grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed themselves with the surroundings.

The rainforest cafe was a good experience for the children, not so much for the adults. Atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant was great and kept the children busy but the service wasn't great. The children were constantly sent off to find someone to come and serve us and clear away plates. They worked hard to seat everybody but once you were at the table the service vanished. This wasn't down to one bad waiter/waitress and there was plenty to serve the tables they just didn't seem to have any system of service and the prices they are charging you shouldn't have to continuously go and find people to serve your table.

Food was far too expensive and I appreciate part of it is the experience and it's prime location but value fish cakes and the smallest serving of chips for the kids isn't worth £8. I'd of got better food at Mcdonalds. A fruit shoot was £3.5O.

So the kids had a good time and atmosphere is great but don't expect to have any pennies for the shop after and be seating at the table for a long time.
