Food was very poor.

A little disappointed at the wait for our table especially as I had booked in advance. We were still waiting twenty minutes after our booked time and had to ask if we’d been forgotten as the children were getting hungry and restless. Despite this we had a very good time and my grandson, who’s birthday it was, enjoyed our meal.

We had booked a table but still had to wait 20 minutes, apart from that it was a really fun experience, the food was delicious and the features
were exciting for kids and adults alike :) The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very good service. Went with children 11,7 and 6 and they all loved it. Younger kids enjoyed looking around the restaurant at all the animals and were excited every time the thunderstorm happened
