We absolutely loved the experience from start to finish. Think our server was Williams - excellent young man.
Will certainly recommend and return. Thank you

I was very disappointed. The tables were too close together and we were seated in a very cramped area in the restaurant. We asked for side plates for our starters and they finally bought them over when we were finishing our starters. The mains arrived without the starter plates being cleared. I asked for sauces and a drink which didn’t arrive until I nearly finished the meal. I was then overcharged in the bill for drinks that I had to ask several waiters several times for as still hadn’t arrived. Luckily I checked the bill at the end!!

Firstly we where greated with a very nice warm and friendly smile. Taken to a table and about the different animals as we passed them, we had drinks and given time to think about what to eat, never rushed. The rid I steak was very nice and cooked to the way I asked it to be. My fiance had the burger and that to was very tasty, I had ice cream she had Irish coffee to finish with. The guy waiting on us was very nice and at all time very professional, he never rushed us and yet as always there if we needed anything. We loved the animals noises and the way they moved, the lightning and storms were brilliant. It was very nice to see so many people enjoying them selfs over there meals. All the staff we very nice always smiling and even joined in singing happy birthday to a party on the next table (brilliant). Yes I can honestly say we will be back, thank you all for a very memorable evening. David and Lorraine.

Long wait in the crammed bar in spite of booking in advance. Outrageous drinks prices. Very mediocre junk food at RIP off prices.

Decoración of the place is good but I regret to say that we don't recommend yo go. Will not repeat the Experience. Food is not good at all. I think that they have the worst hamburgers of London. If we add that the price is high, the conclusion is that it doesn't worth going.
Staff was nice but It is a restaurant!!! And somebody should remember that if food is no good, It cannot be named "restaurant", but only an atraction for children.

Amazing. Best restaurant we have visited. Staff were amazing. Atmosphere was amazing. The restaurant itself was out of this world. My daughters loved it. We will definitely visit again.

Just terrible. All terrible. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy flushing large sums of money down the toilet.

Not a restaurant to go to if you are expecting really good food. Both our main meals were over cooked. A good restaurant for the novelty experience

Came with my 4yr old grandson. Firstly I will add we had a lovely time. Staff cheerful , efficient but unhurried. I ordered the child’s meal with activity pack which amused him whilst waiting for our meal. I had read several unhappy reviews about the food. But our burgers were lovely, perhaps too many chips for a child , but an older child would easily eat all. Yes it is a bit over priced, but where isn’t in London.its not a place you visit regularly , it’s a treat .the environment was both fun, interesting and made for a lovely lunch .

The food wasn't very good, especially the children's food. The kid's burger was tasteless and the kid's pizza also tasted terrible. The steak was ok I suppose but the cheese on the Aztec Chicken was overpowering. The waiter's English wasn't so good and initially that caused some problems. In the end we wanted the children's fruit salad to go, and so they just poured it into a cardboard box, with no plastic spoons or forks to eat it with (we were staying in a hotel like most of their patrons) and they didn't have any plasticware to give us. The fruit immediately started to leak through the box...I can't believe they just dumped it in like that, with no plastic bowls to keep it sealed or sanitary. The scenery is the only thing that makes people go here. Overall, I would not take my family back here again.
