Cold food on cold plates - all of us
We were not sat in the area we had been booked to sit in on their website.
Good waiters but cold food is not worth the money.

We turned up as was recommended and it was my birthday and we had my friends child with us so felt it would be a suitable place to dine.
Should not have stayed firstly we were “greeted” by un interested staff with no enthusiasm or customer service skills. Then we had to wait 20 minutes after our table was booked to be seated in which we were given a table that clearly wasn’t wiped properly and staff just didn’t care quite frankly. We then ordered which came in a decent time considering the size of the restaurant. The worst part about this is that the toilets were absolutely disgusting! I mean DISGUSTING! There were about 5 toilets 3 of which were blocked and had legit poo on the seats! The other out of order and the next one seat covered in wee. Then went to wash my hands to find no soap!!! And no toilet roll either! This honestly ruined our trip and the 5 of us definitely will not return which is a shame as my friends daughter loved the theme.

Food was at best only average standard, service very slow, toilet facilities are the worst I've seen in a restaurant!

Good was okay, service was good but all very expensive and not value for money. Won’t be going again.

Nice experience for the young however we were really disappointed by the lack of vegetarian options and not one vegan dish in the menu, we had to make do with two sides (plain jacket potato and salad).

Took 15 minutes for us to be seated, and another 10 to order drinks. Service slow, food average.

Food was good - service was poor - dinners came out at different times. Manager was helpful and took 15% off the bill- but the poor service spoilt the experience.

I wouldn’t recommend because the food is below average and super expensive. My linguine with sea food cost me £19 and was horrible, greasy with no flavour, sea food was not even cooked was boiled !
The kids menu was ok , nothing special.
The place is nice , but expected more to be honest. And food great disappointment.
The £10 proseco tasted cheap also!

Atmosphere is great for kids.
Seating lady was quite daft - we handed her our seating card, she was confused with the two cards she already had, and despite it being really quiet, she took 5 mins to call out our names on a microphone when we were standing right in front of her - her colleagues had to take over for her and even they were wondering why it was taking so long to give us a table number as there were so many tables free. Had she looked up, she would not have shouted out for us. I understand the need for a microphone in a crowd but it was really quiet and hence inappropriate. It made the kids jump.
The restaurant had no brioche buns - my meal said it was served on a brioche bun so to find out when the meal appeared was not ideal. The waiter did not know the menu as he assumed a burger bun was standard. He was really nice and attentive but staff should know their meals more - if I had a sesame allergy like my godson, the swapped bun would have been a disaster.
Also, there were no smoothies available - for a child centred restaurant and Christmas Eve this was really disappointing. I would not visit again.....
