Request to be near animals. We were by the elephants - brilliant. Food was very good portions. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

    No best restaurant features!!
    Over priced!
The mash that came with my dish had obviously been kept warm & was just a lump of soft potato!!
    Will not be returning !!!

Really amazing food, great vibe. Ribs were amazing! Definitely recommend pre-booking & expect a wait time if you have booked a busy day!

The rainforest cafe is great for the way it looks and it’s features such as the faux animals and the sound effects, but in terms of food; for the (extremely over) price they could do a lot better.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but unfortunately we won’t be dining there again.

It's all about decoration and atmosphere which are great for young children. Except that, the dishes are awful and even when you booked you have to wait very long at the bar. It's a big industry not very cosy or anything special.

Great place to take the kids. Lovely food, lovely staff and not as expensive as I would have expected. Will definitely go again.

Waitress was great, food was poor and very expensive, whole experience seems dated.

Took my nephew for his 7th Birthday, staff and restaurant were excellent, already been twice this year with friend, massive fan of the menu, cocktails and restaurant experience, can’t remember our servers name for the life of me, it was Sunday 28th and she had a bat painted on her face, her service was sublime, especially for my nephew, he loved the whole experience

Not including tax on menu prices is I believe daylight robbery, and adding service charge on a 3 top is very poor management decision. Considering there is an overpriced gift shop I feel the food does not need to be overpriced as well.

Firstly the staff were friendly, the environment is great for the kids, the gift shop is good. Food was alittle over priced for what you got. The kids pack could off been better. I took my 3year old nephew who was blown away with the environment, so if he was happy than I was.

Restaurant was amazing, the staff were so friendly and attentive. All the sounds and animals were fantastic, the children loved it. The food was a good portion and it was delicious. Well worth the money.
