The whole experience was amazing. As soon as you set foot through the door you are mesmerised by every little detail. As a first timer me and my daughter were overwhelmed by everything. Was a birthday treat for her and it didn’t disappoint at all. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and I cannot recommend the restaurant enough. Will definitely be going back!

The decor is old fashioned and the food is of a very poor standard, everything looked processed and out of a packet. A cobb salad which wasnt very nice set me back £19. I also felt quite rushed and were in and out within an hour. That said the children enjoyed themselves and ate their food.

Nice restaurant, friendly staff. Only issue is the food is over priced, but overall not a bad experience.

I was disappointed with our visit to the rainforest cafe. We had read some good reviews online and were excited for the visit with our 3 young children. But our experience wasn’t great. The waiter didn’t know what a vegan was and it took us a long time before we finally insisted for a 3rd time to bring someone more senior over to help us. The manager eventually came over and was helpful. The food was average at best and way overpriced. We won’t be recommending this for a family.

I would say the restaurant side of things is a bit disappointing, but the restaurant is still quite an experience for little people.
While the food portions were large, the actual food quality was somewhere between a Harvester and a Wetherspoons. Our food bill for 4 adults and 1 child came to around £150 which seems quite steep.

Fantastic service. It was my daughter's birthday and our waiter got her up on the chair and asked everyone to give her a big cheer and sang happy birthday. Food was beautiful. Me, my parter and our two girls had a brilliant time and will be coming back.
