Combining contemporary interior and vibrant British cuisine, The Quays Restaurant creates a warm, convivial ambience for diners to unwind. Large windows, photographs and deep-hued furnishings set the scene for a relaxed meal.
Nibble on a selection of kalamata olives or Greek feta cheese while you peruse The Quays menu, which features contemporary British dishes. Roasted English pork belly arrives on a bed of grain mustard mash with buttered baby carrots and a creamy leek and onion sauce, while the chef’s signature dish of British Isles rack of lamb is served with a mini shepherd’s pie.
Guests can also enjoy a delicious range of fish and vegetarian dishes at The Quays in Sheffield and children have a separate menu. The Quays bar overlooks the picturesque Victoria Quay Canal, where guests can enjoy sandwiches and coffee on the cobblestone quayside on a summer’s evening.

My boyfriend and I had a relly nice meal the carvery was great but the roast dinner needed gravy! . Lovely friendly manager and the blonde waiteress was really attentive. We would definitely recommend it and go back one day.

When we arrived they had no record of our booking! Luckily they had room to accommodate us and did this without fuss.
After telling them about it being our sons 18th birthday (which we had said on the booking which they hadn't received)- they provided us with a desert and candle (free of charge) at the end of the meal. The meal was fine - pork a little bit tough & choc fondant desert was dry (no liquid fondant) - but couldn't fault the attentiveness and pleasantness of the staff. Worth it to be treated so well.
