Beautiful building with lovely live music. They played my favourites from les miserables so made it even more special.

Hi Bookable. An experience I wont forget. Great 20th year wedding anniversary meal out. Ordered top quality champagne to be told after 20 minutes that they have not got any ok. Then proceeded to order the 2nd choice better champagne, all good went away and came back 10 minutes later sorry haven't got any ??? so 30 minutes without a drink so far. The waiter came back and suggested that the house champagne was in stock !!! to be told it was £35 well we thought ok. arrived ok. Had the meal which was not the best quality, but ok. very over priced for what we had. The music was rather dull and played by a very scruffy guy, who just wanted to go home. My booking was for 8pm, we spent the next 1.5hrs watching the staff closing for the night, not very welcoming or pleasant. I will not recommend this venue to anyone I know. Poor service, bad manners, no better quality champagne other than an own brand, which tasted more like sparkling water !!! Got the bill charged £50 for this bottle of sparkling water, not impressed as we were told it was £35, got a refund. I got the impression that the venue staff just wanted to go home::!!! I would suggest that they stick to providing afternoon cakes and not try to portray the venue as a dining experience . Very disgruntled guest. If this is not displayed on the site I will be very disappointed. People need to know.

A delightful and elegant setting; service was efficient and unobtrusive, and the food was very good.

Great experience in amazing room. Some of the waiting staff lacked in social graces and generally in training as things seemed to be being dropped regularly around us. The scones were of poor quality, quite woolly, the rest of the food was excellent.
