we arrived at 1.15 and ordered at 1.30 and a lot of the main dishes were gone, that was disappointing but overall the experience was very good and the food very nice

We dined at 7.15pm. The bar downstairs was buzzing and busy giving a good background atmosphere to the upstairs restaurant where we dined. We both had the seabass on creamed spinach for our main. The fish was beautifully cooked in a lovely white wine butter sauce. For dessert we both had the cheese which was very generous. Our waitress was very helpful and was able to recommend a suitable wine for us. All in all, a lovely dining experience as ever.

Food was excellent quality well presented and hot. The atmosphere was that of a traditional pup which is hard to find in London
