Serving traditional, British staples in a contemporary pub milieu with live music, The Plough Denbighshire offers a relaxing, welcoming dining space with vaulted ceilings, fireplaces and a large al fresco seating area.

Start off with a sharing platter such as The Plough Platter, including olives, goujons, chicken wings, sausages and hummus. The Plough’s menu includes sandwiches, stone-baked pizzas, homemade burgers with brioche buns, and specially selected prime steaks. The popular Sunday roasts include turkey, beef, pork and nut options, and meals can be enjoyed in one of three cosy dining spaces or on the large terrace.

Chef’s own steamed chocolate sponge pudding with fudge ice cream, or the naughty caramel sundae with homemade brownie add a sweet touch. Enjoy real ale, The Plough pub’s special cocktails, a bubbly ‘fizztail’ or a cocktail shot, with multiple options from the vodka bar.

Denbighshire’s The Plough is situated in Sint Asaph, 1 minute’s drive off the North Wales Expressway, or 1 minute’s walk from the Swan Inn Bus Stop.

The ambience was OK, but the food was not very good, some was edible but some wasn't. When feeding back to the manager, we experienced a lot of attitude from him. He wasn't open to listening despite us wanting nothing in return but to just make him aware. This completely ruined the evening and we left very disappointed with the whole experience. We definitely wouldn't go back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Table confusion. When located it was only set for 2 with 3 chairs. I booked for 4. Had to go. Upstairs in the end. Food was good though.

We enjoyed a lovely evening for my mums birthday. The service, food and drink were all excellent. The new decor throughout is very impressive. Wide range of choice to choose from with both food, offers, drinks and cocktails ??. Would definitely recommend. We visit here on a regular basis. The manager Minty went above and beyond with the cocktails he provided. Along with the young waitress. Thank you for making it so special. Sam

Absolutely brilliant, went 2 days on the run last week, once for lunch, once for tea, both times were perfect! Food was great, staff were great, service was great, will definitely be making it a regular.
