An excellent supper at a surprisingly good restaurant that if you did not know was there on Fulham Road, you would walk straight past. The service is top notch and exceeds some of the so-called upscale Michelin restaurants. The food is totally unpretentious and packed with flavour using majoritatively seasonal produce. The aberdeen ribeye was superbly succulentm juicy and flavoursome. My partner's burger with foie gras, and a big meaty slice of it too, was apparently phenomenal and according to him far far better than the monstrosity we had at Burger & Lobster of Goodman fame.To top it all the wine list has to be mentioned as it is unbelievable. OK, it doesn't have 1962 Petrus and that sort of thing, but it is a local restaurant and to have almost every wine available by the glass, and a wide range probably in excess of 100, that is something to be recommended.

An absolutely brilliant night out for our group of twenty-(well, thirty)-somethings...! Sadly a little inconspicuous in terms of location with low lighting outside, fortunately the interior screams sophistication and seduction without a hint of stuffiness or self-importance. The same goes for the service which is first rate. The bartender didn't allow us to choose from the menu but instead created bespoke cocktails for each and every one of us - very impressive! And the food afterwards was exceptional, from the most succulently moist burger with foie gras to a humungous chateaubriand eaten by just one of one of us on his own - greedy sod. No room for puddings, but plenty of scope for after drinks. Five hours, full bellies, warm hearts and light heads - perfect.
