As soon as we arrived the welcome was so very professional and yet warm and friendly. Our booking was found quickly and we were escorted positively to a table by the window. The atmosphere was buzzing but not too noisy - it was perfect and it added to our excitement of our first ever Tea experience. Mariya was amazing and the 'free flowing' was just right. She was very attentive and we definitely ate until we couldn't eat any more! My only criticism is that maybe due to a shift change we didnt have Mariya for the end of our Tea and we got to the point we would have liked Tea and not Champagne and we felt a little unattended to. I would have liked some tea before leaving but this did not detract from our amazing experience and I would definitely visit the Park Room again and recommend it very highly!

Great experience. Friendly and welcoming staff. They ensured the gluten free items were ready for my daughter and brought her a celebration plate of macaroons and sang happy birthday to her. Lovely ambience to the room with a piano player adding to the relaxed atmosphere. We were not hurried despite being on the bottomless champagne afternoon tea. Food was delicious, even the gluten free scones. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience, great service which is attentive but not obtrusive, beautiful venue and lovely food. Bottomless champagne makes this probably one of the best afternoon teas in London for value. I have been here twice and have not been disappointed in anything. Will come again.

Absolutely delightful experience to have the afternoon tea there! The service is simply perfect, very kind and thoughtful staff. The food was also really good, and in quantity, they even offered us to take the last pieces of cake in take away. Great experience, highly recommended!!

Booked afternoon tea with free flowing champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were tremendously professional and kind. They just kept refilling our glasses and bringing more sandwiches . Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. There was a man playing the piano and he played some romantic songs for us and we were given a special little cake which was a lovely touch. Its the first time we've had afternoon tea in London and we'd definitely go back.
