Afternoon tea is served in the hotel's Orangery restaurant, with its stunning views out over 65 acres of beautifully manicured gardens or in the magnificent Grand Hall with a roaring log fire. On the menu are delicious freshly made finger sandwiches, irresistible cakes and pastries and warm oven-baked scones,served with strawberry jam and Devonshire clotted cream. In the warmer months, opt for the hotel's glorious south-facing terrace. Choose from a wide selection of Jing teas, or a glass of ice-cold Pommery Champagne. Gluten-free scones, cakes and pastries are available on request.

Offering a sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience, the Orangery Brasserie uses fine ingredients chosen from selected, independent suppliers to ensure a consistently delicious and innovative menu for every season.

    Very elegant and polished without being intimidating. Gorgeous surroundings of the gardens, and couldn't fault the service. Food was delicious, we can't wait to go back and try afternoon tea!
