Overview
Rustic and traditional, The Old Crown Coaching Inn is an historic public house set in the picturesque market town of Faringdon. Reputedly joined to the church by an underground tunnel, the atmospheric interior has an open fire and a beautifully carved wooden bar which once played host to characters such as Judge Jeffreys and Oliver Cromwell. The courtyard restaurant serves a satisfying menu of home-cooked British favourites, with delightful views over the fountain outside.
