The staff at the norfolk hotel were lovely they checked on us to make sure we were okay. The afternoon tea came out rather quickly and it was delicious.

Afternoon tea was very good. We really liked that there were lots of little things rather than fewer big items. All yhe sandwiches and cakes/scones were delicious. Very good waitress. Would have preferred the duty manager to leave her to it or at least check with her rather than duplicating her questions! The room was lovely with comfortable chairs/sofas and plenty of space. Very relaxed atmosphere.

This was for my mum's 60th birthday... a little treat leading up to her surprises. When I got there they had my reservation down incorrectly. I also stated previously it was my mum's birthday on the booking so would of like a little fuss, but non. The afternoon tea itself... we were put in the lounge to sit on sofas, iv been to various hotels and we have also sat at a table with chairs. The selection on the afternoon tea was nothing to shout about. The scones were rather dry. You only had a choice of one, where as at the Derby manor hotel you have a selection and could tell they were fresh. The cake selection again didn't come across as home made which was a little disappointing. The loubge area could habe done with a dusting. Ariund the top of the sifa was a coating of dust. I'm glad I've dined there to know not to bother again. I just wished I stuck to my guns and went back to the Derby manor or Christchurch harbour

Disappointing , rubbery brownie & dry cakes , scones doughy. Sandwiches thickly spread with butter , coffee grey in colour . Absolutely revolting .
