Brilliant service, food served quickly. Lovely food, very tasty and good value.
The only negative are the toilets. They need attendance regulalary as they were dirty and not replenished.

Freindly attentive staff who understood we were in a hurry. Good good too and as such very good value.

Tried the new menu - very good food, however the salmon from the previous menu has been removed. That was a favorite. Would be good to introduce some alternative fish items rather than 2 sets of fish and chips only.

The food was lovely and the people were very nice however, the service was very slow. This was probably due to the fact that they only ever seem to have two staff serving and clearing tables when the place is jam packed. I regularly meet friends there for dinner and lunch but we are seriously considering using somewhere else due to the slow service.

Excellent service as usual. Charming waiter. We had assembled from far and wide so it was lovely not to be hassled to leave.
Fish and chips v tasty. Tap water produced without fuss- quite unusual.
    we will definitely return.

Fish finger sandwich was really greasy but the fish inside was nice should come with chips not onion rings or a salad considering it's in light bites

Service from our waitress was great. Very quick. Lovely food and very big dishes. Good value for money considering the location.
Only downside was the toilets. Filthy toilets that smelt of urine. We actually decided to use the toilets in the station instead.

Every thing fine except Ladies toilets, 1 advised as out of order, 2 more unusable and unpleasant.

Very disappointed. The food was fine but service left a lot to be desired - especially when it's a mandatory 10% service charge!! I'd booked a table but on arrival couldn't find a member of staff to check-in with so after 3-4 minutes of trying to catch a waitresses eye, we eventually just sat down at an available table. We weren't approached at al - we had to signal for somebody to take our order (at the time, the restaurant was only about two-thirds full). Once placed, food took 30 minutes to arrive. As I said, food was fine but service was a massive let down. Plenty of other places nearby who offer better and quicker service of a lunchtime.
