I attended afternoon tea with my friends and we absolutely loved it: an exquisite ambience, perfect service with a nice choice of teas; tray of sweets and sandwiches was gorgeous, I enjoyed it a lot. The restaurant is so romantic and old fashioned, when I'll return to London I'll come back here again for sure. I recommend this place with all my heart.

Bottomless champagne was great as was the service. Glass was never empty. The food was extremely disappointing and we were told we would be charged extra if we wanted anything replenished. Sandwiches were made with cheap bread and fillings, really unimpressed. Scones were nice but it didn’t make sense to bring them out hot, along with the sandwiches as they were almost cold by the time we’d got around to eating them! The little cakes were okay. This was for my mum’s birthday treat - not great.

My wife & I had another enjoyable time. Lovely setting with all the festive decorations. Lovely food with pleasant service and the bubbly kept flowing from start to finish. Well done and a reasonable price for a wonderful service.

Had a lovely afternoon tea here. The tea, food and champagne were all great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We visited after the Christmas Fair at Olympia. It was a fun way to rest and relax after a busy shop. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and looked very festive.

What a beautiful venue....small, classy and quaint! Afternoon tea was delicious but had to ask for milk for the table on 2 occasions and teapots weren’t refilled for a long period of time.
