I think the desserts were my favourite this time. The banoffee crunchy dessert was divine and beautifully displayed.

Absolutely exceptional. We expected the service to be a little slower as it was a bank holiday weekend but that was not the case. Everything was perfectly timed and all of the staff were lovely. A lady in red trousers took us to our table and she was so personable and friendly it was an amazing first impression and the waiting staff were exactly the same. Food was amazing as well.

Lovely venue - the renovation is stylish and modern...with twists. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had to wait quite a while for the food (and the restaurant wasn't busy) and mine came 10 minutes after the others. But my pizza was delicious and I think the others' meals were nice enough

Father''s birthday and hesitant after reading reviews on line!! But like trying different places and took the bull by the horns after discussing with all the family. Age range was varied from 21 years to 84 years and all use to eating around Cheshire etc and we're looking to something different!! Check in was fine and staff very helpful, although didn't get the 'wow' feeling I was expecting. Building itself amazing though. We all had drinks downstairs before hand and when I visited the ladies they were bad! All toilet seats were broken and wall paper torn off the wall, which made me start wandering what sort of cliental frequented the place? When we needed to go upstairs for our meal, the staff were very helpful regarding showing us the lift and taking us upstairs, as my father is 84 with walking difficulties. My 26 year old son discribed the service as organised chaos. Wine presented and tasted and then waitress walked away without even pouring the wine for anyone else. The meal presentation was very good but in all took two hours from beginning to end and my pork was all crackling and fat. Although my husband had the same meal and his was fine! I ordered a coffee with Baileys and when it arrived the coffee tasted aweful, as if the milk was off!! Staff are young and needed further training and there was no one more mature leading the show. Unfortunately I really don't think I will be returning. My son did state that if he returned it would be maybe for a drink only. Basically on the whole dissapointing and feel owners need to take a closer look at what is going on with there Knutsford establishment.
