Prompt efficient service, not a big menu, but a choice one.

As regular I particularly like the food choices and never tire of them. The service is excellent, friendly staff and great friendly atmosphere. My favourite dish would be the coq au vin. On this occasion I did notice my favourite starter (smoked salmon starter) was not quite the same. It was almost blended into a pate` instead of the usual finely chopped version, which put me off a little as it looked and reminded me of cat food. Apart from that, I intend to keep visiting.

I enjoy the coziness of this restaurant It is small and not uptight The food is a great value I order from the 3 course meal deal My favorite starter is the salmon appetizer The Lamb Wellington has been a favorite for years Recently I have been ordering the Cod...very light The best course is dessert! I am a certified chocoholic and highly recommend the chocolate mousse!

The food was good. L??VE the chocolate mousse. Sometimes the coziness (read small) of this restaurant is too cozy, more so regarding annoying patrons.

Onion soup base way too heavy and too little cheese on tiny crouton. Coq au vin was also too heavy a sauce, too few vegetables and chicken was dry. Could taste no cognac. Chocolate mousse was dense but had delightful flavor. House Rose wine very acidic. Wonderful service.

The restaurant was lovely, the food was delicious, very friendly staff and the value for money in London was fantastic. We’d definitely eat here again if we are in the area!
