A sunday afternoon, placed on large round table where we've eaten previously (and previously had fabulous experience). Gave us a high chair, but no tray, so daughter had to eat off the table (too little for plates!) could see right into the kitchen, which may not have been helpful given that you could see the stacks of yorkshire puddings piled high, and joints of meat under the heat lamp, thus continuing to cook and dry out. First course I had soup which came complete with a piece of mouldy bread - I complained to the waiting staff who exchanged my bread with a muttered sorry. 2nd course everyone had the sunday roast, beef had been asked to be cooked well done for one member of our party out of the 2 who ordered it.
