With a restaurant, bakery, bar and shop all clustered under one roof, Clerkenwell's The Larder certainly lives up to its name. The restaurant may be unstuffy, but the décor is stylish, with large wooden tables and an open kitchen. A simple, traditional menu draws on regional European influences, while ingredients are fresh and seasonal, from fish caught in Norfolk waters and vegetables dug on a Surrey farm to meat from up the road at Smithfield market.
