Restaurant description

In the upmarket Park Tower Knightsbridge Hotel, The Knightsbridge Lounge in London is an opulent destination for afternoon tea and light lunches. A member of the UK Tea Council’s prestigious Tea Guild, the Knightsbridge Lounge is decorated with original artworks, a canopy of magnolia blossoms and an 18-foot teardrop glass chandelier. The ambience is inspired by its prime location in between the cobbled street of Knightsbridge and the gardens of Hyde Park.

Guests can enjoy a luxury Afternoon Tea created by The Park Tower Knightbridge's Head Chef, Gaurav Puri together with the fragrance expert Rachel Vosper, leading British candle maker. The Collection of Scents Afternoon Tea by Rachel Vosper consists of a selection of sandwiches, scones, pastries and your choice of tea from our fragrant selection of loose-leaf teas.

Serving lunch, then afternoon tea, plush banquettes and soft, gilded chairs make The Knightsbridge Lounge relaxing and elegant. A short stroll from trendy Sloane Street, The Knightsbridge Lounge is a 2-minute walk from Knightsbridge Tube Station.

We saved hard for this experience we turned up for dinner and the place was amazing however the evening was mared by 2 drunk lads who were shouting across our table what made it even worse was that they were still being sold drink so it was obviously clear that there money was more important than our evening

The afternoon tea was very nice. The seating area that we was placed wasn't very nice it was in a walk way in the reception area. The food was fantastic and the service was very good. Make sure you check your bill as they add 12.5% service charge to the bill automatically.

I really loved this twist on traditional afternoon tea, the food was great and it was nice to be somewhere where they don't cram so many other people in that you can't hear yourself think. Highly recommend!

I booked a table for three and requested a surprise birthday plate (it was my friend`s at30th). When we got there, [...]and I realised at that point I would not see the birthday plate (and I didn't). The lounge where the tea takes place was empty (Saturday afternoon), there was such a strong scent of air freshner so we moved to the bar area, which has a nicer atmosphere. It was nice of the waitress to inform us we can have tea in either of the two places. The food was ok, nothing special. Would not come back.
