Good food and good service. Had pre-theatre menu before our show, would dine here again.

Lovely venue, served in good time as we were seeing a Theatre production there too. Unfortunatly an item we didn't order was brought to our table, we rejected it without a problem, except it was added to our bill. The waitress did refund it there and then. But it didn't spoil out night out.

Disappointing. The evening menu was not available, and we had not been informed, despite booking on-line. So we had the lunch menu to choose from. The food was pleasant, but insubstantial.

Felt the pre theatre menu was overpriced as portions were small. It is described as a sharing menu and not easy to do that with some of the food. We had to rush as we were attending a 6pm showing in the cinema, not going into a later theatre event. Coffee provision was very slow. I went to the counter independently to buy take away coffees to take to the cinema. Customers were complaining about wait times.

Well, since you ask. Only our third choice of drinks was available. After well over an hour waiting we cancelled our entire food order as not even the starter had arrived by the time we needed to get to our theatre seats. Many people around us were either still waiting or gobbling their food that had only arrived at the last minute. Waitress very apologetic but the kitchen and staff obviously completely overwhelmed. So very disappointing. A pity, as the plates that were served looked delicious. All the kitchen and restaurant staff need a considerable amount of training to turn this around and reach full potential.

First time at the kitchen and we were impressed. Nice welcome from the staff and the ambience was great. Pre-theatre menu gave an interesting choice and the dishes we selected were interesting and delicious (Falafals and dips followed by a steak). Quality stuff.

Always pleasant to eat at Storyhouse. Staff very helpful and food consistent. They were a bit rushed due to high table numbers but otherwise everything fine.

We had the pre theatre set menu. The hallumi was delicious. The chicken skewers were rather dry. The pistachio and Turkish delight ice creams were magnificent. I have eaten many times at lunchtime when the food as been excellent.
