Everything about the restaurant was perfect. Cool, clean, blue velvet chairs ,fresh flowers on each table. Nice and light with lots of windows. We had the Sunday roast. Chicken breast. It was delicious but I would have preferred traditional chicken roast with sage and onion stuffing and maybe a small pig in blanket rather than the cauliflower croquette. We didn't have desert because we were feeling comfortable but everything on the menu looked delicious

Visited recently for Sunday lunch. We all had the Roast Beef and it was beautiful. Those who sampled the puds were also very impressed & my young daughter loved the Sorbet. Service very welcoming and attentive. Would recommend.

A very pleasant dining environment. Quiet the evening we were there and no sense of rush, which made for a relaxing evening. My sea bass was delicious but there was very little else on the plate. A little more generosity with vegetables would be appreciated. This was felt by our whole party. This is not an inexpensive restaurant.

3 of us dined. 1 of us had the gammon option on the menu and found that to be rather tough. 1 of us had a fish option and the other had a veggie option and they were both fine. However, we felt that all dishes were over-priced in relation to the quality and quantity of food served. Our table was clean but the cleaning spray (used to clean the table between each set of diners) seemed to have almost glued our glasses to the table. The service was friendly and reasonably efficient. The restaurant lacked ambience and was very noisy at times - as there were several families with young children dining at the same time as us.
