Using produce from their award-winning farm shop, 59 at The Hollies is a venture from two brothers, a butcher and a chef, to showcase the freshest seasonal local flavours. Local aged steaks are a real highlight, while the drinks menu features a diverse range of gins.
The 59 at The Hollies menu crafts wholesome, seasonal tastes of the local area and across the UK, using produce from the attached farm shop. Creamy garlic portobello mushrooms are served with The Hollies treacle-cured bacon lardons, while the celebrated steaks are matured and cut in-house. The renowned beef also goes into making the signature burger selection, while other mains include fillet of Scottish salon, wholesome pasta dishes and colourful salads.
As well as a huge gin selection, 59 at The Hollies in Cheshire also served signature cocktails, glasses of sparking, fine wines and craft beers. For pudding, there are local ice creams and cheeses, as well as classics such as warm chocolate fudge brownie.
Also serving children's menus, 59 at The Hollies offers wholesome local flavours for the whole family. Delamere Rail Station is an 8-minute drive away.

Good food, lively atmosphere last night. Have been several times on the burger and pud nights, but noticed last night very few options now covered in the standard offer section which was a little disappointing, which means now most people will have to pay additional supplement costs which kind of tarnished the selling point of the offer. Indeed you now also have to pay a supplement for sweet potato fries with the clean and lean, so in fact there are only two burger options out of about 8 I think in the so called Burger and pud for £10! As I said a little disappointing.

Fabulous service and great food. Fabulous burgers and loved that the crumble could also come with custard! A shame that advertised as £10 but so much was a suppliment on top, this was a bit disappointing.

Service was fairly slow. Starters were lovely but the main courses were a bit disappointing. The waiter asked when we ordered if we needed condiments and they never arrived and we couldn’t catch anyone’s attention to ask for them. Won’t be rushing back.
