Good service amidst the Covid constraints. Limited menu but what we had was excellent. They produced a veggie starter off menu (only veggie soup on offer). My lamb shin main was excellent. £4.50 for a latte is a bit steep.

Victoria was excellent as the waitress, the food was first class on both nights. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service achieved given all the present restrictions.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. Very friendly staff but poor ambience in the so called 'restaurant' which was just a conservatory. The free glass of prosecco was not offered and the food was very poor indeed. One main course was sent back as it was inedible! Very reduced choice - I should have smelt a rat when I could find no online menu. Thee was no draught beer on offer and only a small choice of bottled lagers. I would never eat here again and would warn others to avoid it.

A lovely experience. Relaxing throughout. Staff really nice and very approachable. Afternoon tea lovely food couldn’t fault the variety of cakes. Pecan tart to die for ?? The only thing that put us off was the cost of Additional drinks from the bar. Bottle of Prosecco £38 a bit too expensive!!!!!

Overall our dining experience was mixed: we felt that the food was generally overpriced, but our starters were well presented and tasty, and the chicken main was very good. On the flip side the curry main was disappointing, and the mixed sorbet and mixed ice-cream desserts were very bad - two flavours of cheap-tasting ice-cream/sorbet served in a warm glass such that the separate flavours were well-melted together by the time they were served. No sauces, sprigs of mint or fancy presentations. Paying £7 each for these desserts was not great really.
