You would have thought the place was closed. No atmosphere, no staff visible, barely any people. Hardly anything on the drinks menu is served anymore. Didn't get served until we complained for the second time even though we booked. Pay more, go elsewhere. The chairs were nice though!

Lovely meal and friendly staff but had to wait for table to be set up on arrival even though we had reserved.

We were warmly welcomed by friendly staff into the stylish restraunt. The food arrived quickly and was excellent. A missing soup spoon and two steak knives were hastily found. The meal was reasonably prices but I found the charge of £7.50 for a large house white wine excessive.

We booked an afternoon tea at the Clayton Hotel which we slotted in between a shopping trip and theatre visit, We arrived to a pre-laid table, the hotel was great and felt very relaxed after walking around the busy Bull Ring. The food was delicious, we really liked the Welsh Rarebit Dip for the Sandwiches and the delicate Cakes and Scones really hit the spot
