Converted from three cute 19th-century cottages into an alehouse, rural life has always been at the heart of The Green Dragon Lymm, prizing its location in the rolling Cheshire countryside and close to the River Bollin. We were not over impressed by the meals we choose

Warm welcome and taken straight to table. Drinks ordered and served, and meal ordered (for 5). Main meal served within 45 mins of arrival. Was very busy considering our table booked for 6 p.m. - good sign!

Love the location. Plenty parking and love the interior design of the pub and the open fire is very nice to sit near. Very friendly staff and the food is delicious!

We went for lunch with friends that lasted 4 hours. Lots of car parking and great atmosphere. All members of staff including the Manager extremely friendly and very helpful. Extensive menu with lots of choice for the discerning diner. Fair prices making good value.

Excellent venue for a family meal. Good kids menu, and Adult menu. I had Lamb Rumb which was very nice.
