A great experience! the food was delicious, with every plate a new palet of tastes and experiences. We had a few great alcoholfree drinks, very surprising and tasty starters and delicious t-bone steak and burgers. The service was great. We will def come back every time we visit Londen!

The Great Chase has a look that blends the antique and the modern, with rustic touches and wood block tables. Using the finest meats, seasonal game, seafood, and vegetables, contemporary twists are added to traditional favourites.

Head chef Radek Nitkowski (formerly of Dean Street Town House and Cambridge street Kitchen) brings fine food and excellent eating to unpretentious surroundings. With dishes like the free-range chicken breast with asparagus, croquettes and spicy miso aioli, or the mozzarella, heritage tomato, Ogliarola olive oil and pistachio, the compact Great Chase menu shows off a strong British core with pan-global influences, summing up the essence of multicultural London.

The pedigree of the kitchen at Great Chase London is backed up by a non-alcoholic bar that serves an excellent collection of fine teas. Cordial alchemist and sommelier William Wragg spins his magic to create some surprisingly punchy alcohol-free concoctions. The Tayberry Spritz, made with a Tayberry and Rose cordial (courtesy of the Gimlet bar, and made using ingredients from their own garden) and the Bees Knees Fizz, made with black pepper and lavender vinegar mist are particular favourites.

Food was amazing, from the starters to the main course and desserts. The service was really great too, dressed causally making friendly conversation with us to make us feel welcomed. Fine dining experience without the intimidating atmosphere.

Excellent brunch on Sunday; beef roast is consistently delightful and would highly recommend, decent sized portion as well. Extensive list of teas with interesting varieties worth trying out. All meat halal, convenient prayer area in a covered courtyard

The food was surprisingly outstanding! We just booked this restaurant because it was close to the theatre, but it was absolutely amazing! I had the chestnut chicken and my boyfriend the salmon with cauliflower, and both were beautifully arranged, delicious, and no tiny french portion sizes! I also liked the recommended tea pairings on the menu, very unique!
We actually just booked another table for the same week because we liked it so much!
Also, the 2 guys working there were really accommodating, nice and friendly, without that annoying fake american over-friendliness that seems to be quite trendy right now.

If I HAD to say something critical, it would be that the 3 desert options all contain fruit, and my boyfriend hates fruit :-D

Simply the best food I've had in a long time! The service was personal, the waiting staff were so welcoming and knowledgable, chef bought the food to our table and asked us for our thoughts and the setting was cosy and relaxed. 'Fine Eating' perfectly describes our experience. We haven't stopped telling people about our meal here and plan to go back.

Not really what I expected. More of a hipster cafe than a restaurant. Very pretentious about their range of teas..... "Oh, that one has a hint of wood smoke..."
