Excellent service, amazing food! Very well balanced plates of food and I like how they introduce small elements which are unusual, but really tasty.

The Great Chase has a look that blends the antique and the modern, with rustic touches and wood block tables. Using the finest meats, seasonal game, seafood, and vegetables, contemporary twists are added to traditional favourites.

Head chef Radek Nitkowski (formerly of Dean Street Town House and Cambridge street Kitchen) brings fine food and excellent eating to unpretentious surroundings. With dishes like the free-range chicken breast with asparagus, croquettes and spicy miso aioli, or the mozzarella, heritage tomato, Ogliarola olive oil and pistachio, the compact Great Chase menu shows off a strong British core with pan-global influences, summing up the essence of multicultural London.

The pedigree of the kitchen at Great Chase London is backed up by a non-alcoholic bar that serves an excellent collection of fine teas. Cordial alchemist and sommelier William Wragg spins his magic to create some surprisingly punchy alcohol-free concoctions. The Tayberry Spritz, made with a Tayberry and Rose cordial (courtesy of the Gimlet bar, and made using ingredients from their own garden) and the Bees Knees Fizz, made with black pepper and lavender vinegar mist are particular favourites.

We had the pre theatre menu before going to see Swan Lake at Sadlers Wells. It was a great start to a wonderful experience. The restaurant is alcohol free and we really enjoyed the aperitifs - so refreshing- didn’t miss wine at all. The food was lovely served with a friendly smile and it was very good value (an uncommon occurrence in London!)

Well worth the visit. The Great Chase staff have a very good understanding of what is Halal and Tayyib. I think all the staff can explain what is Halal and Tayyib better than most Muslims around the UK. They are very friendly and we were well looked after.

We had the Sunday beef roast. The beef was made with dry aged sirloin and the veggies were a lovely touch. I think I was making funny sounds when I was chomping on the beef, Lol.

We also ordered the Buttermilk Chicken Burger and I can describe it in one word. It was EPIC!!! #moneysupermarketad. The chicken was so moist and juicy and I would love to revisit just for the burger. I was also told by Mabruk that their chicken burger was nominated for the national burger awards 2018. FYI it was the only Chicken burger nominated so in theory their Buttermilk Chicken Burger is the best nationally.
As a millennial I have lost count how many times I have been offered Avocado toast, in conclusion it’s usually meh!! The Avocado toast at the Great Chase is up there with the greats. It is served with a red pepper jam which is to die for.

With regards to drinks, at The Great Chase you don't get cheap and nasty mocktails (which are mainly made with 7 up, mint and crushed ice and it can be made at home by a layman) you are served cordials and concoctions. I suggest the Palamino and please ask the staff to show you how the drinks are made. You feel like you are in a James Bond movie. The homemade lemonades are a blast also!!

I would like to recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to experience halal fine dining at its best with wonderful and knowledgeable staff.

My family and I will be visiting again soon!!!

We'd seen this place through social media and made it a must visit for when we next travelled to London and we were NOT disappointed. The food and presentation were amazing but what stuck was the exceptional service we got from the staff. They took the time out to explain the menu, recommend and explain their company ethos. This is a place we'd defintiely recommend.

We had a great pre theatre meal here. We really loved the non alcoholic cocktails and the teas matched our deserts really well. The food was excellent we were guided well by the staff who were very friendly and attentive. We will definitely return next time we visit Sadlers Wells.

Excellent pre theatre menu, good choice and reasonably priced. The food was served quickly and was delicious.
This restaurant is not licensed but this did not affect our enjoyment as their non alcoholic cocktails were great.
However the best thing about this place is the staff... they were charming and looked after us very well.
I would have no hesitation at recommending the Great Chase
