This traditional dining and drinking spot is situated in what may be the oldest purpose-built hostelry in the South-West of England. With a heritage stretching back to 1470, The George and Pilgrim is conveniently situated in Glastonbury, between the A39 and A361. Mullioned windows, a panelled stone frontage and a beautiful oak-beamed interior resonate with an atmospheric period charm, while the restaurant serves an earthy menu of well-loved homemade British classics from an a la carte menu. Lighter snacks are also available at the bar, alongside a range of real ales.
