A fusion of art, music and food, The Forge in Camden offers an authentic selection of South American flavours, whilst working closely with promotors and artists to create a venue that celebrates all aspects of South and Latin American culture. Joining the eclectic menu is a range of exciting cocktails from the bar.

The Forge Cantina menu blends an array of influences, showcasing Venezuelan arepas, Cuban sandwiches, Brazilian feijoda, and traditional Peruvian fish dishes. Packed with pulled pork, glazed ham, Swiss cheese, dill pickes and mustard, the Cuban sandwich is hard to resist, whilst arepa fillings include shredded beef with black beans, Cheddar and salsa.

From the vibrant Forge Bar, a creative cocktail menu complements the food. Discover the likes of elderflower fresco and basiliberry kick, banana colada, or very berry daiquiri in laidback surroundings.

Home to fine food, live music and exciting events, The Forge brings the tastes and sounds of Latin America to London. Mornington Crescent and Camden Town tube stations are both a short walk away.

Always love dining out at The Forge before dancing salsa downstairs, mainly because the atmosphere is great and the food is usually quite tasty and presented well. Must admit, however, that the service is ALWAYS below par. Staff take FOREVER to serve you once seated, even if just for initial ordering of drinks & then trying to get and pay for the bill at the end. I have dined there now three times and this has been my experience every single time. Also, the last time I was there (27th Jan) I ordered the jerk chicken roast, which I'd expected to come on a platter as a 'chargrilled' serving of meat, however it was cooked up within the bean/veg stew and this was quite different to how it was explained on the menu and a little disappointing, despite being quite tasty in general.

this restaurant has a great atmosphere and the food was wonderful We chose the Hanger Steak which was so tender and succulent, it just melted in your mouth. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely staff but we had to ask for service and remind about things ordered. On line you have an additive awareness menu that the staff weren't aware of and a paper copy in the restaurant would have been really helpful rather than out severe gluten intolerant person having to find it on their phone!

Lovely food and margaritas, service somewhat slow and mojitos not up to scratch

Extremely disappointed as although we had a booking confirmation this had not registered with the forge so we got turned away on New Year's Eve without a table and trying to find a table on NYE in Camden is difficult.

Especially frustrating as we rang ahead to let them know we were running 10 minutes late, with the gentlemen at the bar saying it shouldn't be a problem.

It also seemed that although when booking we had the open of either the NYE set menu or al la carte they were were only serving the set menu which added further confusment to the whole situation.

All in all a very bad situation to be in, although the waiter did offer us to wait for a table and buy into the set menu which based on booking we opted against.

The food at the Forge is truly excellent and very reasonably priced I especially love the Tapas, the Octopus is something else. if you love food and music you've found somewhere special. I cannot recommend the Forge highly enough

Absolutely terrible service.Food took over 40 mins to arrive when the restuarant was half empty, tried to charge for meal deal, given wrong order, fries never came, refused to reduce bill. Avoid ay all cost. Happy hour not available, but still advertised. Much better places in Camden to eat
