We had afternoon tea. The service was good and the selection was good except for the gluten free afternoon tea which was sandwiches, one scone and fruit- very disappointing.

This was a special family meal as my daughter was going to work away for 4 months the following day and I've got to say the Hilton and the staff made it that special occasion.

I was very pleased with the afternoon tea that I had at the exchange restaurant and the service was fabulous, very friendly staff and we were very taken care of :)

Both starter and main were excellent. I had the salt and pepper prawns were delicious and my partner had the chilli bon bons which were interesting but also very nice.

We both opted for the sea bass main which was incredible. The portion size and quality to price ratio meant this was a very good choice in terms of value for money.

Overall the restaurant’s atmosphere was perfect for a quiet meal together as a couple.

I would recommend the restaurant provided a wider range of beer since the only choices available were standard lagers.

Outstanding food and service. However we had a beer and when we went to pay for it they tried to charge us for an up grade. Very embarrassing as she didn't believe me when I said we didn't have prosecco

Afternoon tea- bit disappointed. We have eaten here before and it was lovely. This time I had to change my cup 4times as it was dirty , the floor was filthy and there was stains on the crockery. Staff were lovely though.
