All aspects were excellent. Having visited several times this year, I had high expectations, and that is why I chose to bring clients to The Edgbaston. I was not let down and, in fact, the overall experience exceeded my expectations, not least because three of my clients had special dietary considerations and these were catered for perfectly.

This is the second time having afternoon tea with you . A really enjoyable experience . Friendly staff with excellent service . Food was Devine . Love the little boxes to take home what you can’t eat . I am going again in January can’t wait . Only down side for me is you were fully booked all Saturdays in July and August and that was end of June . So need to book earl for weekends . Had no trouble in the week just booked day before .

A wonderful experience for my mum’s 70th birthday. The service was impeccable, one server in particular was just delightful! We had the traditional afternoon tea and it was excellent, a real treat for the eyes and the tastebuds. All of the sandwiches and cakes were presented to a high standard, as well as being delicious; we didn’t feel gluttonous either!

We had afternoon tea, which was absolutely superb. It was started with a dramatic amuse Bouche with dry ice, then wonderful cakes and sandwiches followed by scones etc, all very filling! Lots of choice of teas. Can recommend the fairground cocktail with candy floss! Great service from staff and a beautiful hotel. All in all a great experience will be back!

Upon arrival to departure the afternoon tea at The Edgbaston Boutique Hotel was amazing. The service was impeccable and the staff were polite and went out of their way to deliver the best experience. The ambience was fantastic and the decor is rather special as well. One of our friends was vegetarian and this was not a problem for the staff, the food was amazing, tasted delicious and was so fresh.

What a fantastic way to celebrate a joint birthday celebration. Four of us dined and loved every moment. The service was impeccable, the drink selection unbeatable and the savouries and cakes too good. And first time I’ve had to take home a doggy bag for afternoon tea as there was just so much - although even that was a beautifully decorated box! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Or go again!

Very hot day perhaps a few fans would have made the restaurant more comfortable. Excellent staff with attention to detail. Loved the decor. Excellent choice of food and presentation but would have appreciated a roast beef sandwich. Lovely display of food which differs from the usual afternoon teas. Could have been more generous with the cream and jam served with the four scones. Overall very good and thank you for a lovely day.
