Food was absolutely dreadful, stuff that tasted like it had been heated up, nothing fresh

Booking service great. Food was OK however being on site expensive as expected. Restaurant service was great, we had kids with us however still found it loud with kids so if you don't have kids might not be best place to dine.

Breakfast was great, we had one meal in the evening that was pretty average. Service was a little slow.

The staff were rushing to clean up. The waiter was taking my kids plates before they had finished there meal. Then piled too many plates up clearing our table that he could not carry them and the top too slipped nearly landing on my sons head if I hadn't have caught them and removed them from the pile. The waiter continued without an apology. Finally all the tables are squashed together obviously to increase capacity which made it impossible to be comfortable.

Stayed at the Enchanted Village which I would recommend but what a big disappointment the food is at The Crooked Spoon !
Breakfast was actually ok so no real complaints there.
Evening meal was terrible from start to finish.
The food was extremely poor quality. We ordered two chicken kebabs to start - not actually sure it was chicken.
I orders Halloumi Salad - limp lettuce, flavourless beetroot !
Fish and chips - the fish was three inches thick in batter and the chips had been re fried
Children's Pizza was basically just thick dough ... I saw a little bit of colour which I think was meant to be tomato and cheese.
My husbands meal never arrrived and because of how bad everything else was we notified the waitress about the mistake and told them not to bring it.

The restaurant that evening was being run by kids ! No organisation whatsoever. Who knows who was in the kitchen ??? Definitely not a cook or a chef ! With a small glass of wine and one beer that miserable experience put us back £63 !
