I visited Galvin Demoiselle at The Conservatory with my mother and sister. We booked this for my mother's Christmas present. It was absolutely wonderful. The setting was lovely, the service was very good and the food and drink was superb. Our table was booked for 12.30 and we didn't leave until nearly 3pm! The staff could not have been friendly, more professional and they did not rush us at all. It was a perfect afternoon. And I must say again that the food was very very nice. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and would love to visit again either for an Afternoon Tea again or off the a la carte menu. Very nice.

Completely overpriced for what you get, ordered French toast and crispy bacon, one piece of toast came out, burnt on one side, bacon was also burnt and the complete opposite of crispy. Service was slow and poor, surprising since there were only 3 people in the restaurant. We were first surprised about this, but after dining realised why this was the case. Would not return and definitely would not recommend. Really shouldn't have paid the service charge as the whole experience was a disappointment.

Nice restaurant (the ambience) but the scones were not very fresh. Cakes little variety. Moderate service. The tea and the food was put on the table and after that all waiters were gone. They did not ask if everything was allright, if we wanted some more tea or something like that.

Service was great and the whole experience was a little slice of luxury.

Very disappointing for a Birthday treat. Seating pretty but uncomfortable. Service acceptable but miserable looking staff. Brie starter very unappetising appearance, looked as if a chunk from the supermarket had been plonked on the plate. Lobster/Egg Club Sandwich, 4 small pieces of Lobster = £25.00? Deluxe Burger, not at all 'deluxe' for £22.00. Fries lovely.
