Restaurant description

A Grade II-listed library found moments from the Houses of Parliament, The Cinnamon Club is a sophisticated restaurant offering fine Indian haute cuisine. Having won multiple awards, Cinnamon Club features colonial-style décor and has a studiously elegant ambience.

Imaginative and eclectic, The Cinnamon Club combines Indian ingredients with local produce, simultaneously marrying authentic Indian cooking techniques with modern European flavours. As well as the stunning gastronomic 6-course banquet, the innovative Cinnamon Club Westminster menu includes speciality dishes such as roasted plaice with Bengali spiced crab, spice crusted zucchini with chana dhal sauce or fillet of Wagyu beef with morels and saffron sauce.

To complement your meal, there is a well picked wine list, while the Cinnamon Club bar has tasty bar platters and speciality cocktails, including the spiced martini with cinnamon, cardamom and pomegranate.

With high ceilings and walls adorned with books, The Cinnamon Club restaurant is an exclusive destination for London dining. From just a short walk away, gaze at Big Ben and other striking London landmarks, including the London Eye, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. High quality Indian food, attentive service set in a library setting. We chose the sample menu which included a welcome cocktail. Every dish was superb.

An elegant dining room. The old library books around the walls in their original shelves make it one of those special places. We opted for the tasting menu. Portion sizes just right, taste sensations. Despite the missing breads and rices we were more than full by the time we got to the last course. Couldn't fault the service.

What a great way to get out of lockdown blues. Had a great meal, highlights being the mussels moily soup and tandoori chicken and for mains, the duck. The cocktails to start we're also good. We've come here on and off for 10 years and it is very reassuring that the food is as good as ever. We would recommend this to anybody.
