Excellent dinner and lovely ambiance in restaurant, very efficient service. The lamb starter and the duck main were both superb. We will defiantly come back.

Everything about this place is special.
From the drinks, service, ambience and food.
Could not fault this experience in any way.
We even asked when booking if they would put a candle in the dessert for my husbands birthday. The dessert came and went and I had forgotten that I had actually requested this. Then a special dessert plate arrived with happy birthday wriiten in chocolate and a small sorbet with strawberries.
Again can not rate this restaurant high enough. Fantastic experience everything was perfect.

Good ambiance, good location. Quite difficult to find, even when right outside, unless you know the restaurant it is easy to miss, even with e-maps. Dinning area large, but too many tables, couples tables too close for comfort, restricted talking. Would not recommend for a romantic evening. Food well presented, nice taste (had better), menu okay. My starter had to be sent back, as chicken under cooked, unfortunately already had eaten some, no ill effects but puts a damper on the evening. Wine list limited, prices okay.

Booking was very easy. Notes helped as they made our anniversary celebration meal special. Food was great. Staff were attentive and very helpful and speedy with service. And bonus was that I was able to get the receipt for the Aloo Gobi dish. Starters we recommend the cod and the Octapus! Just a hint of spice and original receipe that you cannot experience elsewhere in London. Most of all wonderful ambience if you haven't booked you get to wait in bar/space of your choice/reflecting your mood. Be aware wine list will be pricey.

Beautiful building, cosy intimate dining experience, great food, one other vegetarian choice would have been nice for the main. Great service!
