A real slice of America in London! The Chicago Rib Shack's two floors of restaurant and bar offers a unique dining and drinking experience.
Set to a lively soundtrack of American Soul, Rock and Blues, you can begin your lunch or dinner in the American Bar for some authentic American beers, cocktails, wines or bourbons before settling down to a meal of London's best barbeque and smoked meats. Signature dishes include Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs, Chicken Wings, Onion Loaf, Manslaw, Potato Skins, The Rib Shack Burger, Baked Chicago Cheesecake and Banoffee Pie.
All the smoked meats are dry-rubbed with a unique 25-year-old spice blend and slow-smoked over Applewood in specially imported ovens. All of the pork and chicken is sourced from English free range farms.
If meat or fish isn't your thing, a number of the dishes can be amended to be 100% vegetarian.
Every Sunday during the day, there is children's entertainment to keep the little ones occupied.
The Chicago Rib Shack offers valet parking from directly outside the restaurant on Fridays from 5pm until close and midday until close on Saturdays and Sundays. This service is £10 per vehicle and payment is made direct to the attendant. Valet Parking does not require pre-booking.
