Featuring old country charm, The Bull’s Head – Lichfield has a leafy setting, rustic furnishings and hearty British pub cuisine. Views of the pretty surrounding village of Shenstone can be enjoyed from the beer garden, or the hearth fire inspires a sense of cosiness inside.
Hearty Sunday roasts and trusty British dishes head The Bugle Horn menu, and a range just for kids offers mini versions of pub favourites. Signature Vintage pies offer fillings like beef & merlot with buttered peas, while The Bugle Horn ‘Vintage classics’ menu includes lemon & garlic-roasted chicken with seasoned chips.
Paying homage to the Great British pub, the Vintage Inn bar stock includes cask-conditioned beers, real ales and a meticulously compiled wine list. Thirst-quenching offerings include seasonal non-alcoholic cocktails and freshly-pressed juices, and rich coffee is brewed freshly throughout the day.
The Bull’s Head is just an 8-minute drive from Lichfield City Train Station.

As always, Welcoming atmosphere, good food and pleasant friendly waitresses. Particularly like the oven baked mushrooms starter. I don't usually have a starter but can't resist these.

Service was poor, no knowledge of dishes and slow. Food was poor and badly presented not value for money. It was cold where we were sat and the furnishings are quite shabby.
Booking via bookatable was simple to use and worked well.

5 people dined. All starters and main courses were very good, but some puddings had been microwaved too much and were returned, but replaced satisfactory.

There was 3 in our party and we all had different Sunday roasts and they were by far the best Sunday roasts all of us had ever had. The ample amounts of meat, that included 2 different types of beef, pork and turkey were so tender that you only had to rest your knife on each piece to cut through them. The vegetables were also cooked perfectly and were delicious. My Wife was particularly impressed with the delicious gravy and would very much like the recipe. Add to that the waitress service being excellent and the very reasonable prices of each meal and it all contributed to the best Sunday lunch we have ever had.

The steaks were mostly fat paid for sirloin ,meals were average to poor I had pedigree that was cloudy then tried peroni that was served flat.the out side door was propped open so we had to keep our coats on. There was no background music so no atmosphere all the waiter was interested in was taking our money
