Ruth, my partner (who is a qualified chef) and I eat here quite regularly. We are very critical about food. If you are paying good money for food, it has to be good food. This restaurant is consistent with its quality and they try hard to please. My smoked chicken Ceasar saled starter was wonderful. Ruth had the smoked fish starter and both of our plates were cleared.
I nearly always have their wine specials too. They are quality wines and at a reasonable price.
We have adopted this restaurant as our regular haunt
If you have not eaten here before, you will not be dissappointed.

What a delightful find after moving to the area 6 months ago. Ambience, service and food were all up to Michelin standards. My wife and I shared a beautiful wine from the extensive list, which was highly recommended by our waiter, it worked beautifully with my scallops and venison. Cant wait to return soon!

The food was excellent, but the service/or kitchen was a little slow given the food pricing was top end.
