Excellent service from a team who had been briefed that we had a disabled person with us and a table had been reserved in a suitable location. Food was very good and certainly good value for money.

The service was very slow . My friends steaks were both tough one went back and the replacement wasn't much better .

Easy to book on line. Friendly waiter. My only complaint is that you are not young child friendly, you may be aiming to discourage children and if this is the case it's working because we would not go for family meal again. There was no children's cutlery unless you count a teaspoon and the way the food was presented was useless for our two year old, she needed her food in a bowl. I would have expected the waiter to assess the needs or at least ask what would be best. We didn't realise until we were leaving that you had high chairs, they weren't offered to us.

Warm welcome on entering the Brassmill by friendly barman, shown to table quickly, sadly it went downhill from there. Uncomfortable bench style seating for 2 of our party, food arrived in reasonable time, for the price paid it was very small portions, chicken pie was nice & hot so fortunately my wife could warm up her cold mash & veg!! Haven't visited this pub for a while and needless to say we won't be visiting it again .

The staff are very attentive, polite and hard working. Unfortunately the food was below par on this occasion.

Took my mum here on Easter Sunday. We both ordered the roast beef lunch which was the best I have had for a long time. All cooked fresh just like a home cooked meal. Veg came out in a separate dish which was nice. Desert we had apple pie but was surprised that it came with custard and ice cream ! Not sure about this .
Have to mention the very quick service and the lovely waitress. Didn't catch her name but she was a more mature lady and very happy . Nothing was to much trouble for her and service was faultless . Will defenatly return ??
