We came for afternoon tea to celebrate 2 friends birthdays

The food was great, the waiter was great. However we did have to ask to move tables, and reluctantly we were moved. The tables near to the bar are too low for eating at, these should not be used for eating at, and I booked our table a long way in advance .

The restaurant is well lit, the feeling, when seated, is that you are in your own little island. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. prompt and very efficient service, well balanced wine list.

I visited the brassiere at Sir Christopher Wren for afternoon tea with 2 friends who were over from the states. It proved to be everything I hoped for... they were blown away with the setting, the ambience of the restaurant, the staff but most of all the food. It was beautiful to look at and matched the look with flavour. Delicious. So much so, they have declared it the highlight of their trip ( which included London and Dublin visits!!!) . I highly recommend the afternoon tea & shall be returning. Fantastic!!!

Service by our waiter was excellent. Efficient but not intrusive. My friends all agreed that it was the perfect place for a get together lunch and we would go back.
