We had the buffet for after the England game. It was £39 each and it was not worth that at all. The pad Thai station was bland the pasta station was unmanned and the only other choices were the worse salad bar i have ever seen and a measly pulled pork roll. Shame on you for such a bad experience. Not what I have come to expect from a Hilton hotel.

WE VISITED AFTER THE ENGLAND GAME ON SATURDAY EVENING AND EXPECTED TO HAVE THE NORMAL MATCH DAY BUFFET WHICH WE HAVE HAD MANY TIMES IN THE PAST AS A PRE MATCH BUFFET. THE CHOICE WAS VERY VERY POOR INDEED AND THE SALAD BAR - THE STARTER - WAS ALMOST NON EXISTENT. AS A SALAD BAR IT WAS I THINK THE WORST I HAVE BEEN OFFERED ANY WHERE IN THE WORLD FOR THE PRICE AND WAS AN INSULT AND DONE ON THE CHEAP TO OBVIOUSLY SAVE MONEY - THE LOCATION OF THE BAR WAS A JOKE. THE MAIN COURSE CHOICE WAS AGAIN POOR AND OBVIOUSLY DONE TO SAVE MONEY. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE CHOICE OF ROAST, VEG ETC WHICH HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE CASE IN THE PAST. THE PULLED PORK BURGER WAS SLUSHY PORK WITH ROLL, THE CHOICE FROM THE WOK WAS NOT VERY APPETIZING AT ALL WITH VERY LIITLE CHICKEN AND ONLY THREE PRAWNS PRESENT IN THE STIR FRY. THE ONLY DESSERT WAS ICE CREAM FROM A MACHINE WITH A BIT OF FRUIT TO CHOSE FROM. ALL IN ALL NOT WORTH THE APPROX. £40 PER HEAD CHARGE. THE COUPLE ON THE TABLE NEXT TO US GOT UP AND WALKED OUT REFUSING TO BE CONNED WHICH WE CLEARLY WERE. BELIEVE ME IT WON’T HAPPEN AGAIN - WE WILL EAT ELSEWHERE UNLESS HILTON GO BACK TO WHAT ALWAYS WAS A VERY GOOD PRE/ POST MATCH BUFFET.

I have to say my party and myself were extremely disappointed with the quality of the menu and choice we were offered. I booked this meal based on the Corporate Hospitality Buffet Menu (the actual menu not being advertised on your web site) expecting the same amount of choice. What we were presented with was basically salad, 3 types of main ( one of which amounted to pork and stuffing rolls, which I could have bought anywhere for a fraction of the amount) and ice cream. This was definitely not the standard of quality I would expect from a Hilton Hotel and not the standard I have enjoyed in the past. On a positive note the staff were very good and the hotel redeemed itself somewhat with the breakfast we enjoyed the following morning, the quality and choice being excellent, the standard we expected from the previous evenings' meal. If this experience hasn't questioned me stopping in a Hilton Hotel again , it has definitely questioned my dining choices in the future.

We’ve eaten a number of times at this Restaurant before a concert and it has always been wonderful. Not this time. Service was slow, food average, menu has changed, An £8 bottle of wine served for just under £40! Given the whole area is being redeveloped and new places to eat are opening, they should be improving the experience, now making us look elsewhere.

Friendly & helpful service. Good variety on the menu. The goats cheese coated with crushed pistachio served with pear puree was OUTSTANDING! Great location as we were going to the arena to see Jack Savoretti, literally next door. Also all hotel staff so friendly & helpful. Afterwards we were able to go back to hotels rooftop bar for a nightcap which was lovely with outside tables & great views

I booked a table for the Play Off Championship final, the service from start to Finish was absolutely first class. My guest enjoyed the experience and look forward to visiting in the future. Highly recommend.

The service and food was exceptional. We had a table for 12 and everyone was impressed by the food at the buffet and everyone said that it made the day. The location is ideal for the stadium and by booking the pre game meal we were able to use the bar after the game to celebrate our teams win. I would definitely dine here again.

Friendly staff, but food presentation very mediocre. The pies and fish and chips are kept under a heat lamp and were nearly cold, even though the turnover due to volume of customers was high. Sent back to kitchen to be warmed up and was told unable to reheat (probably due to H&S) and new food presented. Still TEPID! Sent back again and further portion sent out - better. The choice is great but the food temperature lets it down every time.

This is the second time we have dined here as a business and we will definitely be dining here again in the future
