Showcasing cutting edge style in this contemporary eatery, Thai Square – Islington offers an exotic retreat in the heart of the city. Sleek brushed steel offsets the traditional Thai artefacts.
Within fashionable Islington, the Thai Square menu offers a varied selection of Eastern delights, from creamy, subtle flavours to sizzling, spicy dishes. Sourcing superb ingredients for the creative dishes, favourites include succulent duck with lychee and coconut milk, or the fiery jungle curry, loaded with juicy prawns and fresh peppercorns.
As well as an international selection of wines at Thai Square restaurant, the aptly-named ‘exotic’ bottles offer fruity easy-drinking choices, direct from Thai vineyards. To balance the hearty savoury dishes, the light, subtle dessert options, or a palate-cleansing jasmine tea, offer refreshing conclusions.
Brimming with style, Thai Square London evokes a tranquil atmosphere. Angel Tube Station is just 3 minutes’ walk away.

I've seen a few negative reviews of this place, I have to say, I've been there several times & only once was the service below par. I've always had quick & friendly service & hot tasty food, I like it a lot.

Treated mum to lunch at Thai Square for Mother's Day. Food was really good and the atmosphere was excellent. Will definitely return.

Booking was for 8 30pm. Excellent service, friendly staff. Set Menus offers value for money. Vegetables were excellent. Lamb and beef dishes were absolutely delicious.

1. Waitress spilled drink, caught it by putting fingers in drink and left it there for us! 2. Waited 15 minutes to the second drink of the meal. Completely ignored. 3. Tom Kha Gai was pure coconut milk, nothing else, no spices. 4. No condiments on the table 5. lettuce was dirty and had a dandelion seed on it. 6. Sat a family with 4 children and a screaming baby right next to us when there was plenty of room elsewhere. The place is large and was nearly empty.

Went for dinner here last friday night. We hadn't booked and weren't expecting much as we knew it was a chain, however this place surpassed our expectations. Staff were very attentive, the food was very quick to arrive and was delicious. The wine we choose was also very good. Between the two of us we had 2 starters, 2 mains, 1 desert and 2 glasses of wine (plus 2 sides of rice) and it came to [$] in total - at just over £25 each for practically 3 courses and wine, this place is excellent value for money! The decor is nice, I guess it's not as cute and charming as some little thai places I've been too but it's nicely decorated. I would definitely go again as the food was excellent and great value for money!

We dined at 20:00 on a friday, there was plenty of room and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food was good, but as is the case with this restaurant you pay for the label - the food is good, not great and its very very expensive. Better Thais can be found for much cheaper.
