Terre a Terre is a Brighton institution which offers amazing vegetarian and vegan food. With influences from around the globe, the food is never boring. The aubergine dish which could be had as a starter or main course was especially lovely.

The food is delicious, and quite unique in my experience. Complex all vegetarian dishes displaying enormous invention and beautifully presented. One friend I took who had ever been there before and is a meat eater declared it one of the finest meals she ad ever eaten. The sharing plate for two easily made a starter for 3 and is perfec way to explore the menu.

Excellent lay back but efficient welcome and service. Lovely airy feel to restaurant plus bonus of a small terrace at the rear. Rocket and seeded salad with smokey sun dried tomatoes was a light pleasant starter followed by Aloo Sailor which was an interesting Rosti with all sorts of flavours coming through

We had a lovely meal at Terre a Terre the food was absolutely stunning. It was quite expensive but it was a birthday treat and worth every penny the dishes were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. My partner had the Korean fried cauliflowers to start it was beautifully prepared and tastes delicious. I opted for the French onion soup, with focaccia bread, with herbs and olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We both had the porcini plumps an incredibly tasty dish. starter...KFC

Really enjoyed our meal. Beautifully presented, vibrant colours, flavours with an impact and wow factor. We by with friends and we shared. The mixed starter platter was a good introduction as none of us were vegetarian. Didn’t have room for desert so will have to go again. Service good despite being very busy.

My friend and I had a lovely evening. Excellent friendly and helpful service. The food was delicious and timely. My only slight disappointment ( as I hadn't been to TaT since 2005) was that the food and general restaurant set up had become more mainstream. I remember a more tapas like menu with lots of innovative small fascinating dishes enabling a really fun evening.
