Situated within Birmingham’s Grand Central Shopping Centre, Tapas Revolution Birmingham offers authentic tapas delicacies from Madrid in a vibrant ambience which reflects that of the bars in the Spanish capital.
The Tapas Revolution menu is a colourful snapshot of dishes served all over Madrid, and is made to be shared. 24-month dry-aged Jamón Ibérico is hand carved to order, while Castillian ewe’s milk cheese is served with quince jelly. Calamari is made the traditional Andalusian way, and comes with aioli and lemon, while meat lovers can sample traditional treats like grilled Spanish rice black pudding with apple purée and piquillo peppers. Paella is made with Spanish saffron and bomba rice, and can be ordered with mixed seafood, chicken, or even cooked with squid ink. Gluten-free options are also available.
Authentic Spanish gin and tonics are a popular choice at Tapas Revolution, while exotic, aromatic cocktails feature additions like smoked quince, paprika, fig liqueur and Xanté pear brandy. There is also popular sangria, and even small-batch Spanish craft beers and ales to sample.
Buzzing with friendly service, Tapas Revolution Birmingham is just a 3-minute walk from Birmingham New Street Rail Station.
