We had a good experience on the day. They was able to cater for my daughter that only eats plain sandwiches. We was given the food before the drinks. the only comment. Parking was a bit of a problem. We have already recommended it to others. Do you sell vouchers as we would like to buy some for others. including 1 for 3 people.

Awful. Stale bread and scones. Not what was expected for the money. When you pay £100 for sandwiches and scones you expect them to be good - or at least fresh. We’ll never return and I have already started telling people not to go. Staff were friendly though.

We celebrated by 50th birthday with the champagne taster afternoon tea. They kindly swapped one of the sweet items from this as we didn't like this. The team gave an explanation of the champagnes we were tasting. Excellent venue, excellent service, excellent views.

Last minute decision for a birthday treat very impressed with availability. Felt very welcome when we arrived and very impressed as one member our group was a vegetarian and they made special effort for his food be separate. Food was lovely would been nice had option for more tea Waitress was not impressed at all when we asked have service charge removed as this was very large amount and I felt uncomfortable when asked reasons why. We also did not be asked if everything was ok

I booked this place because it was somewhere different to take my American friend for Afternoon Tea whilst she was here. Inside it certainly had the wow factor. Sadly the weather was dull, grey and it rained but it didn't spoil anything for us. The decor was classy and the food was lovely and fresh. The cakes were for me the best part of the food.

The view is fantastic, the staff very nice and friendly but let down by things like stale bread and not given tea spoons or sugar, really small cocktail selection... Great potential though.

Lovely afternoon tea, they weren’t very accommodating for someone with a nut allergy

Had a lovely afternoon but was shocked when we asked to take away the cakes and was given to us in a hamburger box. Not really a 5 star service compared with the sunborn in gibralter.
