You'll find the Sugar Snap Restaurant in the Hatch End area of London's Uxbridge. The interior is light and uses modern furniture, ambient colours and pieces of art to create a sophisticated, yet unthreatening dining experience. The seasonal menu changes every six weeks and uses locally sourced, fresh produce.
