Lovely time, friendly staff, enjoyed food, unfortunately a burger which had been order well done had a lot of pink meat in, but chicken, mussels & fish was very tasty & at a very reasonable price.
Lots of thanks to hotel & friendly staff for making my birthday special, giving me cakes & a card,

I must say that it was a great experience for me and my friend.
Nice selection of food for afternoon tea. We even ask for second helping for mini burgers which lovely waiter graciously served.
Will come again and the waiter who was serving was great. Best customer service.

I wanted to experience Afternoon Tea since this was our family's first trip to England. We have a sixteen-year old son who wasn't looking forward to a stuffy, serious tea. The Glam Rock Afternoon Tea was the perfect solution for us! My husband, son and I are all avid music buffs, and my son and I are particularly fond of glam.
Staff was very welcoming and attentive. The restaurant is lovely and spa-like with warm wood floors and comfortable pillows. There was classic glam rock playing loudly enough to be heard, but softly enough to still make it a soothing atmosphere. The presentation was very cool, yet understated. (I was a little worried it would be gaudy) The teas were excellent and there was a great variety to choose from. The food surpassed my expectations and the selections were a nice mix of traditional (cucumber sandwiches, beautiful moist, rich scones) and trendy (luscious haloumi sliders, mango sorbet, creamy cheesecake in white chocolate cups.)
When I asked our server if I could buy some of the tea, she said she would check. She came back to our table with three bags of the blend free of charge. Those little extra touches really make you feel so taken care of.
Michaela and Maria were our servers and they were magnificent!! Thank you all so much for making our day truly memorable.

Good food and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. At one point the music became a little intrusive but a request to reduce the volume soon remedied this.
