The food was truly awful - we couldn't even eat our starters (fried dough balls and calamari) and mains weren't much better.
Free-flowing prosecco deal was good value for money, 1.5 hours and the staff were good at topping up. The place had a nice ambience and the staff were friendly, however I haven't had such a bad meal in quite some time.

Food was dry and the noise from the kitchen was too loud. They just didn't care. Very disappointing.

As probably now one of its longest serving customers (60 years ago at Southampton Row & Goodge Street) still enjoying the fare and the service.

we arrived early and they sat us straight away. we had the unlimited bubbles deal and they had the bottle ready within 5 minutes of us being seated. We had a set menu and I did order something that was tomato & a ball of cheese. so i ordered a bowl of pasta which came quickly. the service was excellent. it was my birthday and disappointingly for my daughter (my dining partner) they did not do anything to acknowledge that.
