This place used to be my regular when I used to work in the west end. The service is very good and so is the food. although very central it is a quiet place where one can eat the food in peace and of one has guests can make a conversation without shouting. I can recommend this place highly

Terrible food - terrible attitude from waitress- us, the table next to us and another large table didn’t have to pay for our food as so bad - another waiter apologised and said ‘our cook can’t cook’ . We have been many times but this was the last.

Some glasses were dirty, but all were very dishwasher worn (cloudy glasses and a couple had chipped rim) which caused them to be changed several times. Then they had to be changed again as there were fruit flies landing in our prosecco.

Ok. I didn't start out well. We ordered one pizza with extra mushroom and one pasta carbonara. And to drink one coke, one still water and one glass of prosecco. Then it all fell apart. The waitress was pouring the water, the champagne and the coke all over us. Fine, everyone makes misstake. Then the cirkus was a fact. We didn't get any more water, my pizza had no mushrooms and when we were going to pay they have charged us for extra mushrooms and the water (that the waitress poured over us and we never drank). They gave us an discount for the "accident". 8 pounds. Saying what? We had to go to the dry cleaner with one jacket, three sweaters and two pairs of pants. And that didn't cost 8 pound. And the food was not great. Not the service neither. Everyone makes misstake but if your in the service business you correct it. No one did at this place.
