Food was very good even if we had a very long wait between courses as there were two large parties at the same time. Staff kindly offered the deserts to compensate.

Had a great dinner with friends on Friday. Good food - duck salad in particular and great wines.

Southam Street is our new favorite! Having been to 108 Garage, we wanted to try this new venue from chef Chris Denney. What a joy!! We loved ALL the dishes on the menu, especially the duck salad, the fries, the chicken bun....sooo simple but extremely tasty.. Can't wait to return and to try the mains, last Sunday's lunch we ordered all the starters, which was plenty to share. Cool and relaxing vibe restaurant. Defenitely want to come back for an evening dinner and experience the sushi. Well Done..

Food was fine but the experience was spoilt by poor service, Despite restaurant being half empty it took ten minutes and two requests to place a drinks order. The raw starters were served after the cooked main dishes. When we objected, we were told that was how they did things there and one dish was completly forgotten.

These guys get a lot of things right, venue and atmosphere is very good as is the food. However the service leaves plenty to ask for. We got our starters before the nibbles and the pre-dinner drinks after the starter had arrived. Also it's hard to get staff attention. They are nice but just don't get it right. Been there three times over the last two months and it's been the same, have been hoping to see some improvement since the place get's so many things right and could be a really really good place if they sort out the service.

Really good food, nice terrace to enjoy the nice weather. The manager/owner was great, however our waiter was was not the best but perhaps he was new. Everything else was great so we didn’t mind. We would definitely visit again.

We had an excellent dinner: fresh, interesting and very reasonable priced

Best dish ordered was the Crab Californian roll, it was epic! Other dishes we ordered were ribs, chips (with curry sauce) and bao bun. These were ok. Ribs with not much meat, chips were good but with squirted curry sauce and mayo on top, Korean fried bao bun was mostly bun not chicken. Service seemed a bit off, we were seated at the bar for 10 mins in an empty restaurant before given our table. Tables were close together and with guests also standing at the bar it was not so enjoyable and rather cramped.
