Very attentive service-and lovely food

Not to be recommended. 2 of us ordered a glass of house white and to be charged £8.95 per glass is too expensive. The bottle of water was also expensive and a 1 course meal with coffees came to £80. too much for a light lunch. Service are mixed - one good waiter but the front of house gave the impression they didn't want us there. Food was OK - nothing special and not that much of it.

Convenient location. Easy conversation at table (music not too loud). Service OK, but not very knowledgeable. Food good, but not outstanding. Value OK for a business meeting.

Really lovely food, fantastic service, fairly priced although I think we doubled our food bill just by having two cocktails each!

We dined on a Friday evening as a group of friends catching up. The staff couldn't have made us feel more welcome. They were knowledgable about the menu and keen to advise us on our food and drink without it being upselly. The food was well cooked and presented, particular favourites were the scallops and the Kashmiri curry. The dining area is separate from the bar, however the was a real Friday night atmosphere in both. I will go back!

Had an amazing dinner, easy to get to only being a two minute walk from Moregate tube station so was a great place to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious.
