We had the pre theatre menu - 2 courses for £19.95. The food was very tasty and nicely presented but the portions were quite snall

Pre theatre menu, good price. Pleasant venue. Convenient for concert. Was able to order main and dessert instead of starter & main after requesting that. Food tasty and nicely presented. Just felt service a bit slow, a 30 minute wait for mains. Also, I thought that just under £10 for a large glass of wine was a bit excessive! I would reccomend the restaurant as a pleasant and convenient place for a meal before a show, but would point out the above. I don’t see myself going there for any other reason.

This was a very bad choice as we where given the wrong menu and ordered food that was not that great at all, I had to send a starter back then when we realised that the menu mistake had been made the staff at first would not get the manager after a stand off they finally informed the manager who also started to debate with us, he eventually offered us 20% discount on our bill. This whole process took 30mins. We shall not be going here again.

We regularly used The Hilton and the pre Theatre Meal and returned to try the Dinner only, this time, I booked it for a reasonably priced dinner before going to The Waterfront. The meal and Staff were fine But when I eventually got the correct bill I was Shocked to say the least. With Service charge and a bottle of House wine it came to nearly £70 We could have had an A La Carte meal in most restaurants. I will not be returning and will definitely not recommend on Trip Adviser . Very Disappointed

Food was excellent, staff very friendly, beautiful view of boaters on the river from our table. Service was also excellent, attentive, friendly, and no long waits. I had added an extra birthday request when we emailed to book the table, and this was carried out beautifully and discreetly. Thank you all. I shall definitely be back!
